The Role
Prepare authority approval drawings in compliance with local regulations and standards, ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtain efficiently. - Apply extensive knowledge of interior materials and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings to produce accurate and functional designs. - Develop and prepare detailed Good For Construction (GFC) drawings, providing clear and precise instructions for construction teams. - Collaborate with architects, interior designers, project managers, and contractors to ensure designs meet client specifications and industry standards while addressing any on-site issues. - Ensure all drawings and plans adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
