Treeline is Hiring for Architectural Draftsman for Metro Rail projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Designation: Architectural Draftsman Job location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Duration of the projects: Initially 6 months, it may extend further based on projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Integrate the Contractors Technical Department resources for direct execution: The Seconded Staff will integrate the Contractors Technical Department, working in direct cooperation for execution of engineering deliverables, (Shop Drawings and As Built Drawings). Involved disciplines and Project area as per attached Engineering Deliverables Schedule, red highlighted direct execution tasks. The Architectural Draftsman deliverables will consist of: - Executed Shop Drawings, as per specific appointment of each resource; - Executed As Built Drawings, as per specific appointment of each resource; Gather all the information needed to complete accurate drawings. Produce detailed drawings using CAD software. Update designs and check accuracy. Visit sites for research purposes and for ensuring construction workers follow the plans. Coordinate the work of drafting teams and technicians. Prepare coloured drawings and scale models to present to clients. Compile technical reports. At least an associate's degree of applied science in architectural drafting. A Bachelor of Architecture / Diploma in architecture will be beneficial. Minimum of 3 years to maximum 12 years of experience. Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit. Exceptional drafting skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
