Hiring: Architectural Designer - Building Projects

Experience Required:
3+ years
Key Responsibilities:
Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings.
Prepare 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for integrated project delivery.
Ensure all designs comply with local authority regulations and standards.
Prepare permit drawings and documents for submission to relevant municipalities.
Attend site visits and client meetings when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop.
Strong understanding of building codes, authority requirements, and materials.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
UAE Municipality/DDA/ADM experience .
Knowledge of sustainable/green building design practic
