Job Description

Design Development:

Develop design concepts and solutions for buildings and other structures based on client needs, site conditions, and project requirement

Drafting and Planning:

Create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and models using different design tools.

Project Coordination:

Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the design is feasible, complies with regulations, and is executed accurately.

Site Analysis:

Conduct site assessments to evaluate environmental, cultural, and technical factors that could impact the design and construction process.

Budget Management:

Estimate project costs, manage budgets, and work to keep projects within financial constraints.

Sustainability:

Incorporate sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions into architectural plans as needed.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design revisions, meeting notes, and correspondence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

* architectural: 6 years (Required)
