Sky Crest Building Contracting LLC is looking for a talented and creative
Architectural Designer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing drawings, and collaborating with various teams throughout the construction process.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural drawings and presentation documents. Develop concepts, layouts, and detailed design proposals. Coordinate with engineering and site teams for design feasibility and compliance. Create 3D models, renders, and visual presentations. Ensure designs meet building codes, regulations, and client expectations. Modify existing drawings based on feedback and site conditions. Attend site visits, client meetings, and design reviews as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. 3-5 years of experience in architectural design (UAE experience preferred). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite. Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
