Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in using AutoCAD, 2D & 3D, Sketchup, Revit, V-ray, Lumion, Illustrator, Photoshop, illustration and other latest software designs.
Strong design concept portfolio.
Develop and document design concepts for overall architectural designs and space planning
Coordinate with project interior designers and project managers to ensure project completion in compliance with design intent.
Strong understanding in interior design principles and techniques.
Analyzing and creating initial design sketches and ideas based on client requirements.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture or related field.
Preferably experienced in architecture, interiors, or design.
Excellent technical drawing skills
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to meet fast-pace and changing deadlines
Strong creative and visualization skills.
