Architectural Design Executive

Job Description
The architectural design executive will work in the Architecture & Design team on new developments or redevelopment projects for shopping malls, Residential communities and hotels. The position will predominantly focus on delivering high quality design and 3D visualisation outcomes through assisting in effective functional planning, customer focused design solutions and enhancement of the brand.
The architectural executive will support in creating the project vision, contribute to the design concept and safe guarding the design intent from concept to delivery.

Minimum Experience
- 3 to 6 years of work experience in retail planning design, commercial, residential, mixed-use and master planning design with proficiency in 3D renderings, within reputed companies in GCC or abroad.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- AutoCAD, Revit & BIM
- Sketchup, Lumion, 3DS and other 3D Visualisation softwares
- Adobe creative suite
- MS office software
