- Extensive professional network in the Middle East especially UAE and KSA.
- Architectural Business development experience is a must.
- Proven track record in business development with award-winning architectural firms.
- Experience in negotiating architectural contracts with clients.
- Knowledge of architecture and urban design
- Degree in business development or marketing (plus).
- Secure new clients and projects that align with RAW-NYC\xe2\x80\x99s values and brand.
- Represent RAW-NYC to clients, organizations, and associates.
- Establish and recommend business development programs.
- Source and close deals with potential clients.
- Goal-oriented with excellent negotiation, leadership, and time management skills.
- Passion for the RAW-NYC brand.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
- Articulate, charismatic, and a self-starter.
- Adaptable and a good listener.
