Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions is looking for
Architectural BIM Modelers
to join our team.
Job Requirements:
3-4 years of UAE experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler
Strong knowledge of
Revit Architecture
Good understanding of
AutoCAD
for coordination and detailing
Experience in modeling:
Architectural layouts, elevations, and sections
Detailed modeling of walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, and finishes
Ability to prepare:
LOD 300 / LOD 400 BIM models
Architectural shop drawings and coordinated models
As-built BIM models
Good understanding of
UAE building codes and authority requirements
, including:
Municipality regulations
Local authority approval processes
Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection with structural and MEP teams
Ability to read and interpret IFC, tender, and construction drawings
Immediate joiners preferred
Candidate must be currently available in the UAE
