3-5 years of work experience in luxury projects in Dubai

Work closely with Directors, senior designers, project managers, senior drafters, and visualizers on

various client projects.

Provides conceptual design, design development, and construction drawings of Architectural projects.

Provides Interior Design package that includes ( Mood boards, Design drawings, and 3d renders)

Utilize knowledge of lighting solutions, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications.

Coordinate project teams in the progress of Architectural design, structural design, MEP design, landscape design, interior design and construction drawings, interior design drawings, schedules, and project reports.

Develop technical specifications and drawings for the project concept.

Produces Masterplan, space plans, furniture plans, and elevations, detailed specifications (Spot detailing, & section drawings).

Produce mood board, material, and design presentations independently.

Work independently to perform assignments including, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation.

Participate in client, internal, and consultant meetings.

Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous desire to learn and grow.

- Revit Architecture ( Intermediate level )

- Autocad ( Expert Level )

- 3Ds max and Vray Or corona render (Expert level)

- Adobe Suite (Entry to Intermediate experience)

- Lumion Render (Nice to know)

- Enscape Render (Nice to know)

- Other Design Software if any
