Develop architectural and interior design concepts
Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and renders
Skills in quantity take-off, material counting, and cost estimation
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams and prepare BOQs
Conduct site visits and ensure design execution quality
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
2-5 years' experience
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Portfolio required
