Job Description

Responsibilities: Creating concept design from scratch. (Themes, color schemes, materials, etc) as well as creating all documents needed for its representation and understanding from a 3rd party. (Sketches, Mood board, Materials samples boards, etc). Indesign/Photoshop. Issuing design development drawing and execution drawings. CAD. Communicating with clients and landlords. Getting their feedback and being able to interpret them into a design. Getting approvals from clients/malls/any other entity related. Site supervision of the project. (making sure that the design is being implemented correctly). Developing a Bill of quantities. Ensuring all stakeholders are continuously updated. Developing a procurement and work schedule for the projects.

Requirements: Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator or Indesign.
