We are looking for an interior designer that possesses strong technical and leadership capabilities with experience in both residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities

Undertake design project from concept to completion
Define project requirements and interpret the customer needs into rough plans
Work on the design according to the budget
Perform assignments including, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation
Produce mood, material and design presentations
Provide extensive and rapid fire knowledge of FF&E vendors and resources to the team
Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
Provide full site supervision on all Designed projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in architectural engineering. (Candidates from Philippines should hold

PRC with minimum 7 years membership) \xe2\x80\x93 (Required)

Professional/ engineering license (Required)
Seven years minimum experience in interior design / architecture (Required)
Strong project management, communication and presentation skills (Required)
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio, sketch up and Microsoft office applications (Required)
Excellent portfolio of previous works preferably in Middle east
