We require an enthusiastic candidate with a minimum Bachelor in Architecture/BSc. Interior design who has a high proficiency in interior design, space planning, BOQ
2 years of experience in Interior design/ fit-out background is mandatory with strong knowledge in AutoCAD, Design, and excel.(deal breaker)
Looking for someone ready to work under pressure to achieve target dates for submission of drawings to Govt. authorities/clients. Should have excellent speed in drawings, designs and who is willing to learn .
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and ideas, and space planning.
- Strong knowledge on interior concept designs, presentations for commercial design and good communication skills.
- Creation of complete construction paperwork (BOQ, drawings, and all necessary documents. Candidate must ensure all required documents are submitted to clients and Government agencies in time for approvals.
- Preparing sketches, and visiting the construction site to resolve problems and technical support to the project teams and clients.
- Conduct site visits to gather information for preparation of drawing/BOQ/ specifications etc.
