Job Description

:

We are looking for a

highly skilled and experienced Architect / Technical Engineer

to join our team in

Qatar

. The ideal candidate will have a

minimum of 8-10 years of experience

in architectural design, technical coordination, and project execution -- preferably within

villa or high-end residential projects

. Candidates with

UPDA certification

are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed architectural and technical drawings. Ensure design intent is accurately implemented throughout all project stages. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve design and site issues. Review materials, finishes, and construction details to ensure compliance with project specifications. Conduct design and technical assessments in line with Qatar construction codes and standards. Support site teams with design clarifications, shop drawing reviews, and quality control checks. Participate in design and coordination meetings to ensure smooth project delivery. Assist in preparing progress and compliance reports as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.

UPDA Certification

(mandatory). Minimum

8-10 years of experience

in architectural and technical coordination roles in

Qatar

, preferably in

villa or residential projects

. Strong technical knowledge of building systems, detailing, and construction processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design and coordination software. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Valid Qatar Driving License

(preferred).
