Position:

Architect / Site Supervisor (TAMM Registered)

:

The Architect / Site Supervisor will be primarily responsible for

managing site supervision activities

, ensuring that works are executed in line with approved drawings, safety standards, and quality requirements. The role also involves preparing drawings, handling authority approvals through TAMM, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their

needs, preferences, and budget constraints

. Develop

innovative design concepts

that align with client visions and project requirements. Create

detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D renderings

using

3ds Max

. Source

materials, furniture, and accessories

to enhance both aesthetic and functionality. Coordinate with

architects, contractors, and vendors

for seamless project execution. Stay updated on

emerging trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices

Key Responsibilities

Lead

site supervision

to ensure proper execution of works according to drawings and quality standards. Monitor site activities, coordinate with contractors, and solve site-related issues. Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and shop drawings as needed. Submit, follow up, and obtain approvals from relevant authorities (TAMM, Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.). Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and authority standards. Report site progress and coordinate with the project management team for timely completion.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.

Minimum 1 year UAE experience

in site supervision and authority approvals.

Must be registered in TAMM

and familiar with Al Ain authority procedures. Proficiency in AutoCAD and related architectural software. Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple site tasks and work under deadlines.
