We are looking for an experienced Site Architect with strong experience in interior fit-out works for retail shops and commercial spaces inside malls across the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, coordinating with consultants, clients, and subcontractors, and ensuring that design intent, quality, and timelines are strictly maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily site works and progress.
Ensure design intent is implemented correctly during site execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, mall management, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Review architectural drawings, details, and material specifications.
Manage site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards.
Support the project team in resolving on-site design or technical issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
3-5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects, particularly inside malls and retail shops.
Strong understanding of interior detailing, joinery, finishes, and MEP coordination.
Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
