Architect (Project Management Qualified - Arabic Speaking)
to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design and ensure alignment with project requirements. Manage the full project lifecycle -- from concept design, approvals, and detailed drawings to construction supervision and final delivery. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely execution. Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and budget forecasts. Conduct site visits to monitor compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards. Ensure projects meet local building codes, sustainability standards, and client expectations. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's preferred).
Professional Project Management certification
(e.g., PMP or equivalent). Minimum5 years of proven experience
in architecture and project management. Proficiency inAutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
(MS Project/Primavera). Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.Fluency in Arabic
(written and spoken); English proficiency preferred. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Job Type: Full-time
