Description

Understand business requirements and analyze system landscape to come up with best possible solution to deliver them. The role will be Solution Analyst role which requires both business acumen and technical knowledge skills in equal measure.Provide technical/functional knowledge toidentify, evaluating systems and highlight changes to any procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirementsParticipate in solution discussion.Evaluate and propose solution approaches keeping in mind the Solution architectural design that is to meet the business need, ensuring that the Enterprise Architectural framework is alignedSupport the developers to develop, configure and implement the solution as per the Technical design to meet the business requirementsDesign new solution extensions based on business requirementsWork closely with solution architects to ensure decisions align with the overall enterprise architectureEnsure that the end to end mapping of data flow is capture as part of the design . e.g. Data exchange between middleware components and target systems.Keep abreast of latest trends in technology, industry and corresponding business domainDemonstrate capability in technical design translationof the defined solutionProvide architecture and design guidance to the squadChange accordingly with Agile methodologyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related Information Technology field5+ years previous experience across the full System Development LifecycleExperience in Agile Project Methodology and frameworkExperience developing cloud native solutionsExperience and expertise in delivering solutions that involves Camunda Workflow, Azure Cloud, and Mobile App.Strong foundation knowledge of solution concepts, patterns, principles, and quality attributes. Ability to consistently apply them in real-world scenarios with a pragmatic, system thinking, and problem-solving mindset by analyzing architecture trade-offs for delivering high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.Experience in software engineering and design architectureCurrent understanding of best practices regarding system security measuresPositive outlook in meeting challenges and working to a high levelAdvanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processesProfessional experience working with and analyzing computer hardware and softwareExtensive knowledge and experience working with operating systemsPreferred Skills (Good to have)Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related Information Technology fieldAdvanced expertise in SDLC aa,' Agile and DevOps is beneficialProject management and leadership skillsFinancial industry knowledge (Highly desirable)
