About Us: CDB Project is engaged in interior design, architecture, construction and world class premium project solutions. We have successfully completed numerous projects over the past seven years both designing and delivering; luxury apartment projects, villas, restaurants and hotels in various part of the globe. As a result of high market demand and a growing number of clients in the Asian region we have now opened our new branch in Dubai and hence seeking bright and passionate individuals who are enthusiastic to join our company and help in building our UAE team and office. Responsibilities:
- Development of design projects for private and commercial objects
- Development of shop drawings for construction and FF&E
- Development of stylistic collages (perspective!) in photoshop based on references, general concept and color schemes.
- Development of the architectural and construction part of the interior project.
- Creating mood boards and material boards both virtual and physical.
- Organization and planning of design work.
- Development of design and working documentation (pre-design / sketch solutions, renderings).
- Development of technical specifications for subcontractors.
- Architectural supervision of construction.
- BA in architecture & or Interior design
- Proficiency in , 3Dmax and ArchiCAD are a must; knowledge and proficiency in other design software\xe2\x80\x99s adds extra value to the application
- Knowledge of modern building requirements, technologies and standards.
- Ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of the OS&E and FF&E markets.
- It is important that you have a specialized education in architecture or interior design;
- It is important to have a confirmed portfolio (be ready to demonstrate examples of projects);
- You need to be able to demonstrate good knowledge of design, of new trends, technical knowledge of ergonomics and fit-out technologies.
