Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative and high-quality facade designs for various architectural projects.
Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility.
Oversee the implementation of facade designs on-site and ensure adherence to specifications.
Stay updated with global trends and technologies in facade architecture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of proven experience
in facade design.
Proficiency in software such as
AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Photoshop
.
Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of facade systems, materials, and construction methods.
Experience in large-scale residential or commercial projects is a plus.
