Walk-in Interview

Time: 10:00 AM to 15:00 PM

Location: Sky Crest Building Contracting LLC, #706, 7th floor, The Regal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai

(Please bring your updated CV, a copy of your degree, and driver's license (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and revise detailed architectural shop drawings based on project specifications and site conditions

Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other disciplines

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) and other regulatory standards

Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and resolve design issues

Provide technical support to project managers and site teams during construction phases

Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and project documentation

Liaise with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to clarify and finalize design requirements

Ensure timely submission of drawings and design deliverables

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience, with UAE experience in a construction company being essential

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design/drafting tools

Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy

Strong communication and coordination skills

Available in UAE and ready to join immediately or on short notice
