Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-driven and creative

Architectural Engineer

to join our team for high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design development, authority compliance, and construction coordination in large-scale vertical developments. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure that architectural elements are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, coordination, and review of

architectural design

,

shop drawings

, and

as-built documentation

for high-rise structures. Ensure all architectural elements comply with

Dubai Municipality

,

Trakhees

,

DDA

,

Civil Defense

, and other UAE regulatory bodies. Collaborate with MEP, structural, and interior design teams to ensure cohesive design integration. Participate in resolving

design clashes

, detailing issues, and site execution challenges. Conduct periodic

site inspections

to verify work aligns with approved drawings and specifications. Prepare

architectural submittals

,

material approvals

, and

RFI responses

in coordination with consultants and contractors. Ensure timely coordination with authorities for drawing approvals, NOCs, and completion certificates. Assist in preparation of

BOQs

,

technical reports

, and

project documentation

.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in

Architecture

,

Architectural Engineering

, or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

in architectural design and construction for

high-rise buildings

(experience in Dubai or GCC preferred). Solid knowledge of

local regulations

,

Green Building guidelines

, and

authority submission processes

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

Revit

,

SketchUp

,

Lumion/Enscape

, and

Adobe Suite

. Familiarity with

BIM workflows

and construction detailing for high-rise developments. Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
