Develop interior design concepts aligned with the project vision, client requirements, and architectural intent.
Prepare detailed interior drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, joinery details, and finishes schedules.
Select and specify interior materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) in accordance with design standards and budget.
Ensure interior designs comply with local building codes, fire and safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist consultants to ensure seamless integration of interior works.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and samples related to interior works.
Conduct site inspections to ensure execution matches approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.
Provide design clarifications and solutions to site-related issues during construction.
Manage design revisions and variations in coordination with the client and project team.
Participate in client presentations, project meetings, and coordination workshops.
Support authority approvals related to interior layouts and finishes, when required.
Ensure timely delivery of interior design packages in line with project schedules.
Maintain proper documentation and records throughout all project stages.
