We are looking for a talented
Architect Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailedarchitectural drawings
,3D visualizations
, anddesign concepts
for our ongoing and upcoming projects.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and prepare
architectural plans, sections, elevations, and 3D renderings
. Createconceptual and detailed designs
using AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, or 3ds Max). Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams. Ensure design accuracy, compliance with local authority standards, and project requirements. Preparepresentations and design proposals
for client approval. Review and modify drawings as per client or engineer feedback.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. Minimum 8 to 10
years of experience
in architectural design and drafting. Proficiency inAutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop
, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of UAE building codes and regulations (advantage). Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.Preferred:
Experience in
3D visualization and rendering
. Ability to handleconcept to construction drawings
independently.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED14,000.00 per month
