Architect Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee on-site architectural works ensuring compliance with design, codes, and project specs
Coordinate with other disciplines at project site, consultants, and subcontractors during construction.
Awareness of method/procedure of submittals ( preferable: Al DAR projects Experience)
Review and interpret architectural drawings and resolve site-related issues
Prepare compliance statements and ensure quality requirements.
Support in project documentation, progress reports, and technical submittals.
Aware of Estidama and Authorities requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
5+ years of relevant site experience
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools
Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes
Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
