Job Description
: Architects are professionals who design and create various structures, such as buildings and homes. They work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop plans accordingly. Architects utilize their creative and technical skills to draft designs and oversee construction projects. They also ensure that the final structure complies with safety regulations and environmental standards. Architects may specialize in different areas, such as residential, commercial, or landscape design. They often collaborate with other professionals, including engineers and contractors, to bring their designs to life. Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients.
- Create detailed architectural drawings and blueprints.
- Conduct site visits and perform surveys to gather necessary information.
- Collaborate with engineers and other specialists to ensure project feasibility.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Evaluate and select materials and methods for construction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology.
- Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Architecture.
- More than 4 years experiences with consultancy companies in Abu Dhabi.
- Professional license or certification.
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software , 3D max ,Revit and lumion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with architectural drafting and construction processes
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
