Our Client a Dubai based Architectural practice is seeking a Architect to join their team. Are you a talented architect looking to relocate to Dubai and join a team shaping the Dubai landscape with their global award-winning designs? Responsibilities :
\xe2\x80\x93 Lead and manage the design and development of landscaping projects from concept to completion.
\xe2\x80\x93 Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop innovative design solutions.
\xe2\x80\x93 Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings, 3D models, and project specifications.
\xe2\x80\x93 Oversee the implementation of landscaping projects, ensuring adherence to design guidelines, budget, and timeline.
\xe2\x80\x93 Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior architects and design team members.
\xe2\x80\x93 Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and materials in the landscaping industry and incorporate them into project designs.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards in all landscaping projects.

Requirements

\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
\xe2\x80\x93 Proven experience as a Senior Architect in the landscaping industry, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
\xe2\x80\x93 Must have proficiency in industry-specific software such as SketchUp, Lumion,
\xe2\x80\x93 In-depth knowledge of landscaping principles, plant materials, irrigation systems, and hardscape construction techniques.
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality and sustainable design solutions.
\xe2\x80\x93 Familiarity with local building regulations, environmental standards, and permitting processes in Dubai
\xe2\x80\x93 Professional certification.
