FIRST SQUARE Consulting Engineers and Architects Co. is urgently seeking an Architect Draftsman (MALE), (Entry level - Revit designer) to join our multidisciplinary team. JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE: Architectural Draftsman RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
Expected Start Date: 03/04/2023
- Assist in preparing Concept / Presentation design and Detailed drawings for all types of buildings.
- Handle the authorities\' submission, appointment, and coordination.
- Coordination within the design team and other disciplines and Authorities.
- Preferably a graduate with Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture.
- With 2 to 4 years of work experience in the same field.
- Knowledgeable in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit (Intermediate level), Sketch\xe2\x80\x93Up, Lumion & others
- Rate your Revit skills from 1 to 10 (10 is the highest)
- Rate your Autocad skills from 1 to 10 (10 is the highest)
