Job Description

Currently looking for Architect / Designer Arabic Speaker Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate and foster positive and professional working relationships with other design professionals, including but not limited to contractors, architects, designers, operators, and vendors. Actively engage with GM, Design Team, and provide input regarding accomplishment and evaluation of goals and projects. Assist the project team with the maintenance and organization of interior design specifications for all assigned projects. Provide total quality assurance of all design documentation, ensuring the accuracy of design intent and documentation standards, technical competency of materials, and methods defined within design documents. Collaborate and coordinate with the GM's, and other senior design team leaders on the following items: awareness of current workload, design practices, resource allocation, project schedules, etc. Educational/Experience Requirements Required:
Bachelors/Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited academic institution Strong previous peer consultant relationships based on successful project experience. Special Qualifications Portfolio of design works is a must. Familiarity or working knowledge of AutoCAD Computer Graphic skills, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Premiere Pro, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and current Windows operating systems (Office 365 preferred) Proficiency in working knowledge of Sketch-Up and 3D Max software Experience working within database systems Ability to work in a creative, collaborative, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced team environment. Ability to approach all tasks with proactive thinking and a comprehensive plan of action. Must be self-motivated, self-directed, and possess strong leadership qualities. Must be an articulate and effective communicator with the ability to direct and coordinate the work of others. Must be design sensitive, have finely tuned aesthetic sensibilities, and have a broad design vocabulary to support high-profile clients, high-caliber design teams, and high-end design projects with exceptional attention to detail. Must be able to communicate visually through excellent drawing ability, illustration, and descriptive writing. Industry knowledge and awareness of design processes, procedures supporting world- class/leaders in design and innovation. Ability to understand and extract information from designs to effectively disseminate ideas to the team. Must be able to communicate visually with communicative drawing abilities and/or illustrations. Ability to create free hand sketches. Communication Skills
Ability to read, comprehend, and compose complex instructions, correspondence, and memorandum in English and ARABIC (preferably). Ability to author correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to wide-ranging audience types. Consistently demonstrate active listening.
