Responsibilities:

We envisage success in this role to include;Assist Project Architect in coordination and review of development of architectural and engineering construction drawings. Assists Project Architect with client and project coordination. Provides solutions to resolve design issues. Prepares documentation for analysis and review for specific issues. Provides management updates and reports. Responsible for generating architectural drawings utilizing Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit or other Software. Using own judgment and analysis. Provide technical solutions to resolve design issues. Compile data and perform computations. Assist Project Architect in report preparation. Provide project data as requested by the Project Architect or Project Manager (i.e. area schedules, building heights, number of stories, etc.) Prepare physical/visual survey documentation. May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating in an assigned project. May perform other duties as required.



Qualifications:

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 2+ years of relevant experience partnered with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Rhino, Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture, Sketchup and PhotoShop, Illustrator and In-Design.
