DescriptionDuties:Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders/consultants.Produce creative and functional design concepts, ensuring continuity throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate and oversee the work of Designers/Junior Architects, ensuring projects meet quality control.Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction, always ensuring accuracy, and compliance with architectural standards, building codes, and regulations.Collaborate with other disciplines to guarantee a harmonious integration and address any conflicts or issues that may arise.Cooperate with contractors/consultant technical leads to understand project objectives and constraints.Work closely with suppliers providing design expertise to the procurement team during tendering, recommend value engineering and design modifications where suitable, to reduce project costs and optimize the program.Make site visits to support the delivery team ensuring the build is being implemented in alignment with the approved design.Candidate requirements:Ideally min 10 years experience with at least 3 years spent in the UAE Real Estate/Construction market.Time served with International Consultants/Notable Developers is a must.Excellent command of English writing/communication skills.Degree educated.Willingness to commute long term or move to the Northern Emirates to ensure a commitment to the growth plan our client has in place.if you feel the above role suits your experience and planned career path then please email your cv asap to m.cotgrave@nsrassciates.com asap
