Role Overview
As an
Architect - BIM
, you will support the development of accurate Revit models, produce coordinated shop drawings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design quality and project efficiency.Key Responsibilities
Develop LOD 300-400 Revit models for Architectural scope. Produce clear, detailed
shop drawings
and schedules. Support clash detection reviews and model coordination. Prepare detailed drawings following project BIM standards. Implement mark-ups from BIM coordination meetings. Ensure model accuracy and consistency across project phases. Collaborate with Structure & MEP teams for coordinated output. Follow project BEP and ISO 19650 workflows.Requirements
1-2 years of experience
working on construction projects. Strong skills inAutodesk Revit
(Architecture). Experience in producingshop drawings
. Must be currently based inDubai or UAE
. Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination. Contractor-side or site experience is preferred.Revit Essentials training
completed (mandatory).Revit Professional Certification
