Job Responsibilities:
- Optimization of the use of spaces in housing projects.
- Continuous improvement in the "experience of use" of the projects.
- Optimization and standardization of executive architectural and engineering projects.
- Design and executive project of model units and/or amenities.
- Monitoring and incorporation of the latest trends in design and implementation of the best practices of developed markets.
Job Requirements:
- Architect Graduated
- Proven experience in Development of Residential Projects, Offices or Retail and Audit Executive Projects of Medium and Large Size Works.
- Management of design programs and project management.
