Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture.

10-20 years site experience in interior design execution and experience in residential villas or hotels. * Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction methodologies.

• Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Abu Dhabi.
• Proven experience in overseeing and executing interior design projects from conception to completion.
• Preference for candidates of Arab nationality due to cultural and language considerations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the execution of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to provide consultancy, ensuring design feasibility and practicality during the execution phase.
• Conduct regular site visits, supervise the progress, and resolve any on-site issues that may arise during the construction phase.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain clear communication between the design team, clients, and on-site workers to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards throughout the execution process.
