Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative
Architect with 5+ years of professional experience
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in design development, authority submissions, and project coordination, with the ability to translate client requirements into innovative architectural solutions.Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings. Prepare and coordinate drawings for submission to Dubai authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Nakheel, etc.). Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. Manage design deliverables within project schedules and budgets. Conduct site visits, inspections, and resolve technical issues during construction stages. Stay updated with Dubai building codes, regulations, and approval procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's preferred). Minimum
5 years of experience
as an Architect. Strong portfolio demonstrating design and technical expertise. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite. Knowledge of Dubai authority approval processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Job Type: Full-time
