:JOB PURPOSE:Ensure that client leverages the investment in technology across the Organization to improve efficiency, support the business goals, objectives, support innovation and reduce costs; Ensure alignment between the organization\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy and technology direction and maintain the Technology Architecture organization, governance and KPIs.Job Specific AccountabilitiesIT Architecture and Standards\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and maintain information, applications and technology architecture in compliance with international standards and policies in order to meet the organization\xe2\x80\x99s objectives.\xef\x82\xb7 Support to modernize the technology foundation via digital platforms and enterprise first approach to reduce application complexities.\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct research and consolidate best practices in IT architecture and maintain an up-to-date internalbest practice repository.\xef\x82\xb7 Develop architecture standards and principles covering all technology Landscape, including the roadmap and disseminate to all IT functions to enhance awareness and ensure that all IT processes and plans are in line with assigned technology landscape.\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with the IT Governance to develop the architecture guidelines and policies to ensure that the IT systems across are protected and well maintained.\xef\x82\xb7 Support IT Planning with disaster recovery planning to ensure alignment with the business continuity plan.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure optimal governance structure and compliance activities are associated with the IT standards and principles\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure compliance of IT projects and (internally or externally) developed solutions with architectural standards and principles.\xef\x82\xb7 Review and audit vendor list and suggestions to ensure compliance of new solutions with architecture standards and principles.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that all architecture documents are properly maintained and updated for effective upkeep andeasy retrieval when required.\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate and cooperate with IT project management to ensure that proposed vendor solutions comply with specified architecture.\xef\x82\xb7 Analyze and improve data and application architecture to support end-to-end (cross-application) processes.\xef\x82\xb7 Articulate the desired future state of architecture by performing a gap analysisand develop approaches to eliminate inefficiencies.\xef\x82\xb7 Analyze the current IT environment in order to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.\xef\x82\xb7 Analyze technology and market trends to determine their potential impact on the strategy and architecture requirementsData Quality Management:\xef\x82\xb7 Set and maintain data standards to improve the consistency, timeliness, quality, security and delivery of data\xef\x82\xb7 Drive data quality assessment and then formulates a plan to handle the data quality towards improvement.\xef\x82\xb7 Understand needs and challenges and come up with strategy and solutions to support both operational and analytical needsRequirementsMinimum Qualification\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Information Technology Management or equivalent.Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills\xef\x82\xb7 10 years of experience in IT Planning and Enterprise Architecture, including 4 years in a managerial role in a major public sector or private-sector organization in the region.\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrate design and transformational leadership in Enterprise Digital enabled Architecture, including industry specific platforms and services enabling integration and delivery of Multi-Speed IT for Retail industries\xef\x82\xb7 Aware of technology trends, innovative solutions, new developments and productsProfessional Certifications\xef\x82\xb7 Global industry recognition, accreditation and industry standard domain certifications such as TOGAF, OPEN CA, CEng, CITP, FBCS or equivalent\xef\x82\xb7 ITIL Foundation certificate
