Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of architectural designs for various projects, considering factors such as functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in architecture from an accredited institution (preferably western educated)
- Previous experience in any joinery or aluminum manufacturing industry
- Demonstration of creative ideas via portfolio
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools, along with strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts, interact with clients, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovative design solutions that address functional, aesthetic, and environmental considerations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality architectural designs and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive team dynamic and fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
- FLOORING INDUSTRY: 5 years (Required)
- PRODUCT ARCHITECT: 4 years (Required)
- ALMUNIUM MANUFATURER INDUSTRY: 6 years (Required)
- TILES & CARPET MANUFATURER INDUSTRY: 5 years (Required)
- AUTOCAD: 3 years (Required)
- REVIT: 3 years (Required)
- SKETCH UP TOOLS: 3 years (Preferred)
