Job Description

We are hiring an Arcade Operator to support the daily operations of our arcade and bowling facility. This role includes guest assistance, routine equipment checks, cleanliness management, and ensuring a fun, safe, and enjoyable environment for all visitors. The position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to perform light troubleshooting and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Guest Experience

Support guests in using the arcade and bowling areas. Provide clear information and resolve customer concerns professionally. Monitor gameplay to ensure fair play and adherence to facility rules.

Operations & Facility Management

Ensure arcade machines and bowling alleys are clean and well-maintained. Conduct opening and closing procedures according to standard operating guidelines. Perform minor troubleshooting on machines before and after operations and update checklists daily.

Safety & Compliance

Maintain a safe environment and report any unsafe conditions promptly. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures. Report operational or maintenance issues to the Arcade Supervisor.

Additional Duties

Support operational needs as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in customer service or a family entertainment center (FEC) environment. Experience working with arcade games, bowling equipment, or similar entertainment systems is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of arcade machines and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).

Soft Skills

Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision. Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented. Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Hours:

8 hours per day

Working Days:

6 days per week, weekday off (schedule based on operational requirements)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
