Ontime Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Arab/Western Physiotherapist who holds a DHA license to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to our diverse clientele, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote recovery, rehabilitation, and overall wellness. Responsibilities:
+ Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their physical therapy needs.
+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support patients' recovery and rehabilitation goals.
+ Utilize a wide range of physiotherapy techniques and modalities to facilitate healing and improve functional mobility.
+ Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and techniques as necessary for effective outcomes.
+ Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and home exercise programs.
+ Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
+ Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and research.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field from an accredited institution. Valid DHA license to practice physiotherapy in the UAE. Experience working as a physiotherapist in a clinical setting, preferably within the UAE. Strong knowledge of various physiotherapy techniques and treatment modalities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families. A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, with the ability to motivate and encourage clients. Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive healthcare team. Commitment to continuous professional development and enhancing clinical skills.
