- Provide personalized travel consultations to clients in Arabic and English, understanding their needs and offering suitable travel packages.
- Promote and sell outbound travel arrangements including flights, hotels, tours, and insurance, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, tour packages, and industry trends to effectively advise clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to travel bookings, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless travel services and enhance client experiences.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in travel sales or a related field, preferably within the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of outbound travel destinations and packages offered by Pegas Touristik LLC.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
