This role requires fluency in both English and Arabic, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing documents and reports.
Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients and partners, handling inquiries, emails, and phone calls in both Arabic and English.
Translation & Interpretation:
Translate documents, presentations, and correspondence from English to Arabic and vice versa. Provide real-time interpretation during meetings and calls as needed.
Data Management:
Maintain and update databases, files, and records, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
Client Relations:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and support company-wide goals.
Qualifications
Language Fluency:
Must be fluent in both written and spoken
Arabic and English

Experience:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is required. Experience in a similar role within a multinational or cross-cultural environment is a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
