As an Indian restaurant Arabic waiter, your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to guests by taking orders accurately, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will represent the restaurant and present the authentic Indian cuisine in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Greet Guests: Welcome guests to the restaurant and provide them with menus. Be available to answer any questions about menu items or the restaurant.

Take Orders: Take orders from guests in a professional and efficient manner. Ensure that orders are accurate and entered correctly into the POS system.

Food Service: Serve food and drinks to guests and ensure their satisfaction with the quality, taste, and appearance of the food. Make recommendations on food and drink options when requested.

Upsell: Promote menu and drink specials and upsell menu items to improve guest experience and restaurant sales.

Handling Guest Complaints: Address guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Notify the management if an issue cannot be resolved.

Handling Payments: Receive payments for food and drinks from guests and process them using the POS system. Make change accurately and close out checks.

Table Setup and Replenishment: Set up tables for service and replenish drinks, utensils, and napkins as needed. Ensure that tables are clean and organized.

Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clear and clean tables after guests leave. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including keeping floors and chairs clean.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter or server in an Arabic restaurant is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic language is required
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine and service standards.
• Excellent customer service skills, including friendly demeanor, ability to anticipate guest needs, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
