Kottakkal Ayurveda Clinic is seeking a proactive and customer-friendly
Arabic-Speaking Telesales Executive
to handle patient inquiries, explain our Ayurvedic treatments, and convert leads into appointments. The ideal candidate will confidently communicate with Arabic-speaking customers and support the clinic's patient engagement and sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to promote Ayurvedic treatments and services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide clear information about treatments, therapist availability, packages, and pricing.
Convert leads into confirmed appointments and follow up on missed or pending bookings.
Maintain detailed patient call logs, lead status, and daily reports.
Coordinate with clinic receptionists and therapists for scheduling.
Build a strong understanding of Kottakkal Ayurveda treatments to communicate benefits confidently.
Achieve monthly booking and conversion targets set by the management.
Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction through professional communication.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic
(mandatory); good communication in English is an advantage.
Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or healthcare front desk is preferred.
Knowledge of Ayurveda or wellness industry is an added advantage (training will be provided).
Strong persuasion, listening, and communication skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and meet monthly targets.
Proficient in using computers and CRM/Excel.
Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in clinic/healthcare telesales in UAE.
Ability to explain treatments clearly and convincingly.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
