Job Description

We are hiring for an Arabic speaking Speech Therapist for a Home Healthcare Services Company. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for visiting Clients and patients while providing the highest quality standard of care for all patients at all times and is expected to manage a patients' progress and ensure that their assistance and treatment is making a positive impact on their health.

Responsibilities:

- Provide Speech Therapy to patients of all ages.
- Undertake and record a thorough assessment using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Design correct and specific treatment plans for each patient.
- Helping patients to achieve the desired goals and advise on the treatment options
- Coordinating with the patients, parents and treating physician on the establishment of care plan and conduct the program to correct the speech disorders
- Knowledgeable on the new advance innovative therapies to provide the best care and achieve the desired outcome
- Evaluating patient progress and implementing the changes as required
- Keeping up to date with the advancements of the skills by attending conferences, webinars, CMEs - - - Provide appropriate advice based on the patient's medical, social and cultural circumstances
- Plan and deliver individual Speech Therapist treatment programs.
- Prepare the schedule on a weekly basis according to the patient request
- Respect patient confidentiality always and abide by code of conduct and ethic in the scope of practice.
- Maintaining a good reputation of the company at all the time
- Participate in all company activities in the community by providing education on the prevention and treatment of speech disorders.

Requirements:

DHA license - Speech Therapist Speech Therapist degree or equivalent A minimum of 3 years' working experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
