We're building a government-grade Queue Management System (QMS) -- covering kiosks, multi-level dashboards (agent/supervisor/manager), real-time queue monitoring, ticket flows, performance analytics, and full admin controls.
Later, we'll also expand into Time & Attendance systems as part of our gov-tech product suite.
The platform will include:
Customer-facing kiosks
Multi-level dashboards (Agent / Supervisor / Manager)
Real-time queue monitoring and status visibility
Smart ticket flows and routing
Performance tracking and service analytics
Full administrative controls and configuration features
Following the launch of the QMS, the product suite will expand into enterprise Time & Attendance systems.
