Are you ready to revolutionise the online trading industry across the MENA region?As an Arabic Speaking Social Media Executive at Deriv, you will develop and manage social media channels targeting Arabic-speaking audiences across the MENA region. You will create culturally relevant content and campaigns that drive engagement and conversion for our online trading platform. This role is focused entirely on organic social media strategy - no prior paid advertising experience is required. You'll be expected to leverage AI tools for content creation and stay updated with the latest AI trends for social media.

On a given day, you will:

Manage and grow Deriv's presence across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X Create and publish culturally relevant content tailored for Arabic-speaking markets, using AI tools as part of the process Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content strategy based on performance Build and nurture online communities to increase brand awareness in the MENA region Collaborate with global marketing teams to align regional content efforts with broader company objectives Experiment with AI-powered content trends, tools, and formats to enhance social media effectiveness

We would love to work with you if you:

Native or fluent Arabic, with strong English communication skills 4+ years of experience in social media management or content creation Proven experience in growing and managing social media communities Deep understanding of the MENA market and cultural nuances Comfortable using AI content generation and planning tools (e.g., ChatGPT, LLMs, AI design platforms) Familiarity with social media analytics and content planning tools Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging, culturally relevant content using both traditional and AI methods Interest in the financial/trading industry (training provided)
