: Apt Resources is seeking an Arabic-speaking Personal Assistant to support the Company Director in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to tasks. You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, coordinating schedules, and managing correspondence, ensuring that the Director can focus on strategic initiatives without distraction. Responsibilities:
Manage the Director's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, both in Arabic and English.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the Director.
Coordinate meetings and events, taking minutes and following up on action items.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Organize files, records, and databases to ensure efficient access to important information.
Assist in project coordination and management as directed by the Director.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting upper management.
Fluency in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Must be based in UAE and available for immediate start.
