Job Description
We\'re looking to hire a motivated and skilled Experienced Dental & Derma Receptionist, exclusively Arabic Speaking female . Preferred Candidates with Sponsor Visa. Certification : - Minimum Bachelors degree or high school degree with relevant experience. - Fluent in English language / Arabic - Previously experienced in the Dental and Derma Center is mandatory. - Kindly submit your updated C.V. with your most recent picture. The Candidate responsibilities are:
- Welcoming the patients with highly professional etiquette.
- Patient Registration and using ID readers and scanners.
- Insurance Eligibility Check.
- Skilled in managing busy doctor\'s schedules.
- Skilled in Excel sheet and Word.
- Skilled in managing patient Waiting Lists.
- Communicates with the insurance department to schedule patients with approved treatments.
- Skilled in generating Bills, receipts, down payments and refunds accurately as per the clinic policy.
- Cash collection and hand over to accounts and updating patient files accordingly.
- Fast learner and adapts easily to our clinic software.
- Generate appointment management reports.
- Highly skilled in time management and crisis management.
- Skilled in handling patient complaints.
- We mostly value teamwork and high work ethics towards our patients and staff for a long-term commitment.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Receptionist Dental & Derma: 2 years (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)
