Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues
Enhance patient experience and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English
Minimum 1 year experience in Doctor-on-Demand services
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Full-time - 12-hour shifts
